Is all Mamagreen furniture suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, all Mamagreen products are designed and tested for complete outdoor use all year round in all Australian conditions. Custom covers can also be purchased and Care and Maintenance is also required.

Where can I view pricing information?

All Mamagreen products are designed and custom made using a variety of branded materials. The differing categories and finishes have different costings so pricing is based on materials selected. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure the materials used are suitable for your space and budget. Please reach out to us to discuss pricing options.

Where can I view your products?

Our Mamagreen Australia showroom is located at SLH Furniture, 483 Balmain Rd Lilyfield NSW 2060. Our range is also available to view at Rock n Stone in Malvern East Melbourne VIC, or we can send you a digital or hardcopy catalogues and Materials.

Do you have a minimum or maximum order quantity?

No we have no minimum or maximum order quantity on our products, we can make one piece, or as many as needed.

Where is Mamagreen made?

Unlike most other brands in the outdoor industry, Mamagreen has its own manufacturing facilities in Java, Indonesia.

All furniture pieces are in-house produced by our 400 employees; customer service, design, development, and A-Z production teams work together under one roof.

Is Mamagreen furniture sustainable?

Yes Mamagreen products use a large proportion of certified recycled materials including Metals, Teak and textiles.

Is Mamagreen furniture suitable for indoor use?

Yes, Mamagreen products also work fantastically inside, however we may suggest different materials to be more practical for indoor use.

Can you make a product in a custom size?

Most Mamagreen products can be customised to your specific size and material requirements to accommodate things like high wind, wheelchair access and any other custom needs. Please contact us with your brief for a quote.

Do you offer consultations at home or business?

Yes, we offer free quotations and advice for your outdoor spaces, in Sydney and Melbourne Metro. Virtual consultations can be arranged for all other areas.

Can I use my own fabric, or choose a colour that you don't offer?

Yes, in most cases we can source different colours or use customers own fabrics, though a surcharge may apply.

How do I customise an item?

On each product page you will see a "Customise" section, that displays the materials available in each style.

You can make your selections and then submit an enquiry, and then we will be in contact shortly to provide a quote and discuss your requirements.

You can also Contact Us, and we can work with you to customise the best styles, sizes and materials for your space.

How long does an order take?

Streamlining and prioritising quality and in-time performance, independent from outsourcing, is the core of Mamagreen’s organisation. Customer service and production planning teams get together and schedule each step, in detail, to ensure we deliver the orders accurately, as specified and in-time.

Mamagreen custom made orders take approx 12 weeks from order to delivery.

What is the Warranty period at Mamagreen?

Mamagreen Outdoor Furniture is made from the best materials with the best workmanship. Manufacturer defects, construction and material defects are rare however any such defects are warranted for 2 years for residential use, 2 Years commercial use and 1 year for Custom Orders from the date of purchase or usage. Wear and Tear caused by misuse that are not suitable for product will not be covered under the warranty.

Can I return my order?

Mamagreen products are custom made to order in collaboration with you at every design stage. Therefore, Mamagreen pieces can not be returned unless defective.

Floor Stock Returns Policy

All floor stock/ex-display items are sold on an "as-is" basis, and they may exhibit minor imperfections resulting from being on display. By purchasing a floor stock item, you acknowledge and accept its current condition.

Floor stock items may be marked as "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have significant defects or damages.
